Provo City is conducting an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) study to evaluate transportation and community needs between the Provo City Municipal Airport and I-15, in cooperation with Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).

The Provo Westside Connector EIS project team has evaluated all data received during the scoping period. Based on the data collected, the team has prepared the Purpose and Need statement for the EIS.
